Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, your day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit particular domains and instructions. You will focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses, ensuring that the outputs align closely with specific application needs. This role requires continuous experimentation and adjustment to improve the model's performance and applicability across diverse scenarios, contributing to the advancement of intelligent language processing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document methodologies and results to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and transformer-based models.
- Ability to analyze and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation purposes.
- Familiarity with performance evaluation metrics specific to language models.
- Skilled in optimizing model parameters to balance accuracy and computational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
