Meetings & Events Central Operations Planner Analyst with English

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;

• Event Technology Experience (preferably Cvent, StarCite, Eved, Delphi, Opera, etc.); 

• Relevant experience in meetings management within a multinational organization, with experience level assessed based on the candidate’s overall professional background and fit for the role;

• Solid understanding of Strategic Meetings Management conceptsEvent Planning, Venue Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management, Event Budget Management, Attendee Management, On-Site Event Execution; 

• Fluent English (written and spoken);

• Strong Microsoft Office skills; 

• Knowledge of the hospitality industry; 

• Proficiency in additional European languages is highly valued (e.g. French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Nordic languages, etc.).
