Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance. The position demands proactive engagement with various teams to coordinate efforts and uphold service standards, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on operational goals and priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system availability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and incident management tools to ensure system health.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Understanding of security principles and compliance requirements in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
