Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience across core utility processes. The role involves working closely with clients to design, configure, and implement Oracle CC&B solutions across customer management, billing, metering, and collections domains.

- Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Exposure to OUAF components and integration with MDM/ERP systems

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong understanding of utility business processes
- Ability to support testing and deployment activities

- Utilities domain experience (Electricity, Water, Gas)
- Exposure to C2M or migration programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and client engagement
- Ability to work in global teams

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- MBA preferred
