Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and cost controlling within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP CO and other SAP or third-party modules.
- Competence in managing software release cycles and ensuring system performance and stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
