Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications.
- Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Knowledge of maintaining system stability and compatibility across different software versions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
