Design and implement scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions tailored to client environments, covering policies, processes, and tooling
Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM platforms (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust), ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems
Identify and assess risks related to privileged access, defining and implementing effective mitigation strategies
Strengthen security posture by proactively managing vulnerabilities across privileged accounts
Ensure PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
Define, implement, and enforce PAM governance frameworks, policies, and best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Strong experience in IT security, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea)
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-specific PAM requirements
Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices
Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements

Master’s degree or advanced academic qualification
Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell, Python) to support PAM operations
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
