• • Maintains relationship between Client and Accenture
  • Accountable for overall success of the engagement
  • Participates in Executive Steering Preparation and Meetings
  • Accountable for overall delivery of the implementation
  • Accountable for all services high level estimates for implementation
  • Works closely with client on scheduling, logistics, and resources
  • Provides subject matter expertise where applicable
  • Tracks deliverables and milestones on key design decisions and technical risks
  • Participate to Hypercare preparation and subsequent discussions as required
  • Lead global project across multiples geographies.
  • Work closely with the Accenture team and key stakeholders to understand requirements, owning specifications and design documents, and deploy the applications.
  • Lead the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint 
  • Provide information on the key industry challenges and trends and presenting an impetus for change in industry context and Industry recommendations
  • Seeking ways to apply new technology to, and reusing existing technology for, end to end PLM and Technical business processes.
  • Facilitating development of assets and solution frameworks
  • Analyzing clients’ strategy, operating vision, business imperatives and capabilities.
  • Identifying key value drivers and demonstrating how digital transformation and Technical can enable key enterprise imperatives.
  • Developing the business case, solution architecture, and implementation roadmap for clients’ transformation journeys.
  • Providing strategic consultation to clients in defining or designing business capabilities, processes, functions and organizational structures, as well as in researching, identifying and internally marketing, selling and enabling technologies based on business and end-user requirements.
  • Lead global team (On-shore, Near-shore Off-shore)
  • Support the Accenture teams in the development and refinement of offerings and collateral to support/promote the sales of offerings (overviews, case studies, account planning, marketing information). 
  • Successfully support the sales process from origination to successful closing (including offering fine tuning, solution shaping, proposal preparation and client presentations). 
  • Meet travel requirements, up to 80%.

• • In-depth experience with PLM and technical transformation and process redesign methods in Process Industries
  • Knowledge of existing, new and emerging digital technologies and being able to practically apply them to PLM and Manufacturing operations
  • Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing end-to-end R&D and Technical business processes, functions and organizational structures
  • Ability to create original concepts and theories for improving growth and efficiency through digital Technical transformation
  • Ability to identify the client value delivered by an Technical solution and provide a point of view on what the architecture should look like
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

• • Minimum of 13 years of professional experience with a major PLM system (PTC, Dassault Systemes, Siemens, SAP-PLM, Oracle Agile) and/or Master Data Management. 
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Manufacturing IT systems including ERP, PLM, MES and QMS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proposal development experience
  • In-depth experience with PLM and process redesign methods in Process Industries
  • Knowledge of existing, new and emerging digital technologies and being able to practically apply them to PLM  and Technical operations
  • Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing end to end R&D and Technical business processes, functions and organizational structures
  • Ability to create original concepts and theories for improving growth and efficiency through digital R&D and Technical transformation
  • Ability to demonstrate and architect PLM’ digital business framework for PLM and Technical Transformation
  • 10 years’ experience in program management
  • Strong team player with a “can do” attitude, and the flexibility to jump in wherever needed
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Business development support experience
  • Time management skills
