Summary:
As a Process and Manufacturing Engineer, a typical day involves designing and refining industrial processes that integrate chemical, thermal, and mechanical elements from initial concept to full commissioning. The engineer specifies necessary equipment, performs thorough risk assessments, and addresses any process-related challenges that arise. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements and innovations.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process-related tasks.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout all stages of process development.
- Document process changes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of industrial process design principles including chemical, thermal, and mechanical systems.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with scaling manufacturing workflows and improving quality control measures.
- Competence in specifying and selecting appropriate equipment for process optimization.

Additional Information:
