About the Process Innovation Lab

We invite you to join our dynamic team of individuals who strive to help our clients reinvent their processes using a combination of big data, state-of-the-art digital tools, in-depth functional expertise, and artificial intelligence. We deliver on the promise to our clients, while prioritizing personal development and professional growth of our teammates. Digital process reinvention continues to grow in popularity, which, coupled with our relentless commitment to client success and solid know-how, allowed us to grow from just 4 people in 2021 to almost 30 in 2025.

As a successful candidate, you will work within a team to help clients reinvent their processes in the era of Agentic AI. You will advise clients on implementing state-of-the-art AI frameworks, such as Accenture AI Refinery, crewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock Agents, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to realize value as part of digital transformation projects. You will proactively interact with client stakeholders to gather business context, ensure successful delivery, and present tangible business benefits of our work. You will also contribute to internal projects within your team that will further the teams’ strategic goals.

We deliver our work mostly remotely. However, as part of the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, we are sometimes required to travel and work closely with our Clients in their offices. Therefore, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

• Strong analytical acumen

• Technical aptitude in SQL and/or Python/Pandas

• Experience in quality management in software (code reviews, testing, etc.)

• Technical knowledge of at least one tool for process management and improvement or robotic process automation (e.g. Celonis, Signavio, Aris, UI Path, Automation Anywhere) and at least one transactional source system (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Highradius etc.)

• Ability to build strong client/stakeholder relationship

• Effective storytelling, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral

• Attitude of proactive ownership and responsibility for the project goals

• Experience communicating with business stakeholders (gathering requirements, troubleshooting solutions, presenting analysis results)

• Attention to detail.

• At least 1 year of experience in professional services/consulting will be a strong advantage

• Experience using tools and frameworks for GenAI and Agentic AI deployments (crewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock Agents, Microsoft Copilot Studio, …)

• In depth knowledge of at least one process area (e.g. P2P or O2C)
