Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
- Ability to use project management tools and software to track progress and report status.
- Competence in adapting project methodologies to suit changing business environments.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
