- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong skills in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition of services.
- Experience in managing change control processes and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to service delivery and transition.
- Competence in tracking project progress and reporting status to stakeholders.
- Skilled in risk assessment and implementing corrective actions during service transitions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Transition.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
