As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and driving comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and meet established objectives. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to navigate the complexities of global collaboration and deliver successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement among team members.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating their development within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex project data and support decision-making processes.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple project streams simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
