Summary:
As a Prompt Engineer, a typical day involves designing, creating, and refining prompts tailored for Large Language Models to optimize their responses. The role includes employing various techniques to guide and enhance the interaction between users and AI systems. Throughout the day, the engineer develops and tests effective AI interactions by leveraging programming skills and utilizing specialized environments to experiment and improve prompt performance. Collaboration and iterative refinement are key aspects, ensuring that the AI models deliver accurate and contextually relevant outputs in diverse scenarios.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of prompt strategies to improve AI model outputs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align prompt engineering objectives with broader project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python.
- Familiarity with AI model playgrounds and environments for prompt testing and iteration.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model responses to continuously improve prompt effectiveness.
- Skilled in designing prompts that balance creativity and precision to meet diverse application needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Prompt Engineering.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
