PTP Junior Specialist with English and Italian

• Deliver operations at the highest quality level, within agreed timelines and service targets.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices, purchase order mismatches, and payment issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Create and approve requisitions and record receipt of goods and services.
• Analyze aged open items and proactively follow up on outstanding issues.
• Actively participate in stakeholder meetings and conference calls in both Italian and English
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and SLA requirements.
• Identify recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Fluent Italian (C1) and good English (minimum B2).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, or Finance Operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Positive and target-oriented approach
• Eagerness to develop knowledge and skills in the areas of accounting and process management.
