We are looking for a seasoned SAP Delivery Lead to oversee and manage the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects spanning S/4HANA and SAP SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery governance, manage diverse stakeholder landscapes, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.

• Own end-to-end delivery governance across multiple SAP workstreams including S/4HANA and SaaS solutions such as SAP Concur, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and BTP
• Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, project cadences, and reporting structures across all active workstreams
• Manage interdependencies between S/4HANA core and SaaS integrations, ensuring alignment on timelines, scope, and data flows
• Drive RAID management, escalation handling, and proactive risk mitigation across projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and maintaining delivery confidence
• Lead resource planning, onboarding, and team structure across multiple project tracks
• Ensure quality of delivery through governance checkpoints, milestone reviews, and adherence to agreed delivery standards
• Provide consolidated program-level reporting to senior leadership and steering committees
• Identify and pursue scope expansion opportunities aligned with client needs

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong background in S/4HANA implementations and at least one SAP SaaS solution (Concur, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent SAP projects or workstreams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns between S/4HANA core and SaaS platforms
• Proven delivery governance skills — planning, RAID, status reporting, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage and motivate geographically distributed teams
• Experience working in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Strong commercial awareness including scope management and change control
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

• 3 days in office required.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Cloud ALM
• Exposure to AI-enabled SAP tools such as SAP Business AI or Joule
• Experience in large-scale program environments with multiple system integrators or vendors
• Industry background in aviation, retail, or financial services
• 10-12 years of SAP Project Management experience.
• English is must, French is bonus.
