Job Summary:
We are currently expanding our SAP practice in Dalian and looking for experienced SAP Functional Managers or Consultants. Please note: You only need to have deep expertise in ONE of the following modules: FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, or WM. We are hiring across multiple functional streams to support our global delivery projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations or global rollouts, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful project outcomes in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery:

Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation and Global Template Rollout projects within your core module, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Lead project teams (internal, client, and offshore/nearshore partners) through blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support phases.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and effectively manage cross-timezone resources and stakeholder expectations.

2. Solution Design & Integration:

Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of business processes within your core module (FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, or WM).
Ensure seamless integration between your core module and other SAP modules or third-party systems to support end-to-end business scenarios.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex business and system integration issues.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
2+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience, including at least 1+ years in the implementation and management of at least one core SAP module (FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, or WM).
Must have led at least 1 full-cycle, cross-border SAP implementation or Global Rollout projects.
Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes related to your core module.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for daily business communication, technical discussions, and documentation with global teams.
