We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP MM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in SAP Materials Management and a proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP MM modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design SAP MM solutions, and ensure system stability and performance.

Responsibilities

Analyze and understand business requirements related to procurement and inventory management processes.

Configure and customize SAP MM module, including:

  Purchasing (PR, PO, RFQ, outline agreements)
- →
  Inventory Management
- →
  Vendor Master Data
- →
  Material Master Data
- →
  Valuation and Account Determination
- →
  Automatic and Manual Reservations

Participate in the full system development lifecycle including design, testing, and implementation.

Provide support during system upgrades, patching, and enhancement projects.
→
Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (FI, SD, PP, WM) to ensure seamless integration.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
→
Provide training and documentation to key users and end-users.
→
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues in production support environments.
→
Adhere to SAP best practices and company guidelines in system configuration and change management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM module implementation and/or support.
Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and inventory processes.
Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Ability to write detailed functional specifications for ABAP development.
Experience working with interfaces and third-party systems is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to procurement (for S/4HANA roles).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Exposure to other SAP modules like SD, FI, or PP.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology or Agile frameworks.
SAP Certification in MM module is an advantage.
Experience with EDI or Ariba integration is a plus.
