Responsibilities

→Provide functional support for SAP PP (Production Planning) and PM (Plant Maintenance) processes in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
→Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, addressing functional issues and providing system guidance related to PP-PM processes.
→Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement sustainable solutions.
→Work closely with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between PP-PM and other SAP modules.
→Support interfaces between SAP and external systems to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment.
→Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment activities, and continuous process improvements.
→Demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach in supporting business and project objectives.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience working with SAP PP-PM in a support and/or implementation capacity.
Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP PP-PM implementation project.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
Experience working in a global support or AMS environment is preferred.
