Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in our SAP Technology practice, you will:

Lead S/4HANA-based sourcing and procurement transformations for clients across industries.

Deliver modern, efficient solutions with short time-to-market.

Collaborate with strategists and technology experts on consulting missions and transformation strategies.
→
Drive innovation topics and strategic initiatives within Accenture.

Engage with stakeholders and manage complex transformation programs.
→
Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What we’re looking for

Master’s degree from a leading university or business school.

8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM, Ariba, Fieldglass).
Led at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Proven delivery of SAP ECC or S/4HANA projects.

Strong command of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory and vendor management, subcontracting, and material valuation.
Integration knowledge with FI, SD, PP, WM, QM.
SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification is a strong plus.
Deep industry knowledge in sectors such as energy, public services, retail, manufacturing, etc.
Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Strong stakeholder engagement and business relationship management.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
