About the Role

Accenture is seeking a skilled SAP SCM Analyst to support supply chain transformation initiatives by bridging business requirements and SAP-enabled solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze processes, optimize operations, and deliver scalable SAP Supply Chain solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

→Analyze current supply chain business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization using SAP solutions.
→Gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.
→Assess existing business models, operational challenges, and system landscapes to recommend future-state processes and technology improvements.
→Support configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement activities within SAP Supply Chain Management processes.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and project stakeholders, to ensure successful solution delivery.
→Develop process flows, business documentation, user stories, and functional design artifacts to support transformation initiatives.
→Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
→Support user acceptance testing, issue resolution, training activities, and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption of new solutions.

→Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
→Experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or SAP Consultant in supply chain-related engagements.
→Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Management processes, including planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
→Advanced proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD).
→Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
→Experience creating business process documentation, requirements specifications, and test scenarios.
→Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Intermediate proficiency in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM).
Experience supporting end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs.
Knowledge of supply chain best practices and process improvement methodologies.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities.
Experience working in a global or regional delivery environment.
SAP certification in Supply Chain, SD, MM, or related modules.
