Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will engage with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Your role will require you to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure that applications run smoothly, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Encryption.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.
- Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Encryption.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
