Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the documentation of security controls, and facilitating the smooth transition of security operations to a cloud-managed environment. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that the security architecture supports business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance throughout the cloud infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools to enhance cloud security posture.
- Monitor and assess emerging security threats and incorporate mitigation strategies into the security framework.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
- Ability to document complex security controls and processes clearly and effectively.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive security initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
