As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work supports the unique requirements of the business, focusing on enhancing system performance and adaptability through continuous development and refinement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications.
- Familiarity with integration of custom components into existing enterprise systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
