Lead the design and development of scalable data platforms, data lakes, and data warehouse solutions using Databricks, Python, Spark, Delta Lake, and DLT, while fostering a culture of learning across engineering teams.
Architect and optimize high-volume batch and streaming data pipelines for near real-time analytics, demonstrating a commitment to constant progress and engineering excellence.
Drive technical leadership, mentor engineers, and establish best practices for software development, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and GitLab-based delivery processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to rapidly prototype data solutions, embrace challenges as opportunities, and evolve prototypes into production-ready platforms with strong non-functional requirements, including high throughput and low latency.
Apply AI solutions across the software development lifecycle and promotecontinuous learning by identifying innovative approaches to improve engineering productivity and product quality.
