→Own and manage end-to-end STLC processes with a strong focus on automation and continuous quality.
→Design, architect, and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable automated testing frameworks and tools.
→Define automation strategies and quality approaches for complex, multi-service, distributed systems.
→Collaborate with development teams to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
→Establish and enforce best practices in software testing and automation.
→Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
→Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and automation technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
Solid programming skills in at least one of Java, C#, Python etc.
Strong knowledge in developing test automation structure from scratch using automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress).
Experience with GenAI tools
Experience in DevOps practices—CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
Experience in Version Control Systems (Git) and branching strategies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and issue management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, OOP, design patterns, debugging, logging, observability.
Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
