Software Tester Analyst

• →Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• →Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure application quality and stability.
• →Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution using defect management tools.
• →Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• →Review requirements, specifications, and design documents to ensure testability and coverage.
• →Support test data preparation, environment validation, and release testing activities.
• →Contribute to quality assurance best practices, testing standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Participate in project discussions and provide recommendations to enhance product quality and user experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related technology role.
• Intermediate proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies, processes, and testing principles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including executing queries for data validation and testing purposes.
• Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Intermediate proficiency in .NET applications or technologies.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience in process improvement and quality-focused initiatives.
