Procurement AnalystProcurement & Purchasing

As part of our Supply Chain & Engineering practice, you will help clients transform their procurement functions through the implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba and Coupa solutions. You will support Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives, working with business and technology teams to improve procurement processes and drive adoption of digital procurement tools.

Responsibilities

· Support SAP Ariba and/or Coupa implementation and transformation projects.

· Gather business requirements and assist in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

· Analyze procurement processes and identify improvement opportunities.

· Support sourcing, supplier management, contract management, purchasing, and invoicing processes.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and client procurement organizations.

· Contribute to workshops, solution demonstrations, and project deliverables.

Requirements

· Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

· Experience with SAP Ariba and/or Coupa as an implementation consultant, analyst, or power user.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· 2–8 years of consulting and/or industry experience in procurement or procurement technology.

· Hands-on implementation experience with SAP Ariba, SAP MM and/or Coupa modules is mandatory

· Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or procurement analytics tools is a plus.

· Consulting experience and global project exposure are desirable.
