As part of a collaborative consulting team, you will help clients solve their most pressing business challenges through data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights, recommendations, and solutions that advance client business objectives.

Analyze complex business problems using data, research, and structured problem-solving approaches.

Develop executive-ready presentations and deliver clear, compelling stories grounded in data and business impact.

Leverage data visualization and analytical tools to communicate findings and support decision-making.

Build meaningful relationships across Accenture's global network through client engagements, office initiatives, and community involvement.

Contribute to Accenture's inclusive culture and commitment to developing exceptional talent.

The MBA internship program starts in June and runs for approximately 10 weeks. 

This role involves working in person—either at our offices, client sites, or delivery centers—so you can collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with teammates and clients. 

Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect to be in-person for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Basic Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.

 Preferred Qualifications:

3 – 5 years of industry or relevant work experience prior to pursuing your MBA degree.

Have proficiency using the following tools: PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.

Comfort working with programming languages such as R, Python, Julia and SQL.
