- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of time management processes within human capital management systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
