The day is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs. The role demands a strategic mindset to foresee potential challenges and opportunities within the technology landscape, ensuring robust and future-proof architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Experience in integrating diverse systems and platforms to create cohesive technology ecosystems.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application within enterprise architecture frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
