Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will engage in the design and delivery of technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability requirements, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technological advancements. You will also be responsible for evaluating existing systems and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously assess and refine architectural practices to align with industry standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Experience with cloud-based architecture and deployment strategies. - Familiarity with integration methodologies and tools for seamless data flow. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
