Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, balancing innovation with practical implementation to support evolving business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to maintain robustness and adaptability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and architecture design principles related to manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within manufacturing environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing technology and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
