Summary:
As a Technical Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural designs align with business objectives and technical requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system robustness and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse technology components into cohesive solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in integrating IT operations management tools with enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their impact on IT operations management.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
