Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and provide a solid foundation for future growth and innovation. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate architectural components seamlessly is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies to meet architectural requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture design principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze system performance and scalability challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in integrating diverse technology components to build cohesive and efficient systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and their architectural considerations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
