Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to meet objectives effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based recruitment solutions.
- Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
