Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, your day involves overseeing the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives. You coordinate with project sponsors to ensure that project scope and risks are effectively managed. Your role includes steering the project towards successful completion by maintaining high standards of service quality and controlling costs. You also play a key role in fostering ongoing success and profitability by leading the delivery team and supporting sales efforts through innovative approaches and exceptional delivery performance. Collaboration and strategic oversight are central to your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in managing large-scale technology project deliveries.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
