Een Master diploma: dit kan een bèta-studie zijn, een studie gericht op bedrijfsprocessen of een studie met een IT- of sustainability component. 
Ruime ervaring als Delivery Manager
Een ondernemende, klantgerichte en pro-actieve mindset.
Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. 
Aantoonbare ervaring met managen en opleveren van digitale transformaties en systeemintegratie projecten binnen de Utilities Industrie.
Je bent leergierig en bereid nieuwe technologieën te adopteren. 
Uitstekende communicatie- en sterke analytische vaardigheden. 
Een pré als je ervaring hebt met methodologieën, zoals SAFe en DevOps, Design Thinking.
Bij voorkeur ervaring en affiniteit metvinnovatieve technologieën zoals AI, robotica, machine learning, cloud en/of analytics.
