Summary:
As a ServiceNow Platform Tower Lead, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to specific projects or products. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline processes and automating the creation and configuration of environments. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of cloud platforms, while maintaining a focus on reliability and scalability throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize environment deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align platform engineering goals with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, Integrations, Service Portal
- Experience in designing and managing cloud environments with automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of environment configuration and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation frameworks to support environment provisioning.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
