Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems that span various business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will engage in creating and implementing Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and assisting service management teams in issue analysis and resolution will be key components of your role, contributing to a seamless operational environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to implement and manage network security measures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
