Roles & Responsibilities:

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation and continuous improvement of support processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on operational tasks.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand system impacts and communicate effectively during incident resolution.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM, Splunk, Datadog.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues using application performance monitoring tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors to coordinate problem resolution and change management.
- Experience in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Familiarity with incident management frameworks and best practices to ensure operational stability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
