Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or client engagement. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment.
- Strong knowledge of middleware technologies and application server configurations.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for deployment processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
