Strategy & Consulting is one of five services that make up one Accenture – the others are Operations, Technology, Song and Industry X.

Master's degree
Demonstrated experience in organizational change, future workforce and/ or Human Resources; for example, guiding organizations in their transformation journey, designing and implementing large-scale communication and training programs, or upskill leaders to carry out desired behaviors. 
Consulting experience with project-based ways of working (from origination to solutioning & delivery)
At least 5+ years of experience including experience in project management
Fluent in Dutch and English
Track record as people-oriented, insight driven and iterative problem solver
