Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and iterating on design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings and design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring that the user perspective is at the forefront of the design process. This role requires a keen understanding of user behavior and a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that meet user needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate design workshops to gather feedback and align on user experience goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their design skills and understanding of user-centered design principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Design.
- This position is based in Pune.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
