About the Role
~1 min read- Lead and execute end-to-end UX design activities across complex digital products and services.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Develop information architecture, interaction models, and usability improvements.
- Facilitate design workshops, ideation sessions, and co-creation activities with stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research activities.
- Execute customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, persona creation, and experience assessments.
- Analyze user behaviors, customer insights, and business objectives to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and project teams.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes primarily using Figma.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and design standards.
- Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and usability across digital products.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful design implementation.
- Apply industry knowledge and best practices to create solutions tailored to Automotive, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Manufacturing environments.
- Understand industry-specific user needs, operational processes, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
- Contribute to industry-focused innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Deliver user-centered experiences that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Drive design decisions through research and evidence-based insights.
- Create scalable and consistent design solutions using modern design systems.
- Act as a trusted UX advisor for stakeholders and project teams.
- Contribute to innovation and digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
Demonstrated expertise in UX research methodologies and customer experience design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, journey mapping, interaction design, and UI design work.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
- Design systems
- Component libraries
- Interactive prototyping
- Collaboration workflows
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and design thinking activities.
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and agile teams.
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Automotive
- Life Sciences
- Healthcare
- Manufacturing
- Service Design
- Design Thinking
- Accessibility (WCAG)
- Data-driven design and analytics
- User testing and usability evaluation
- Journey mapping and service blueprinting
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
