Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined Service Level Agreements.

Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively.
Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.
Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies and standards.

Buscamos un Vulnerability & Change Management Associate para sumarse a un equipo.

Apoyar la gestión de cambios (Change Management) en ambientes productivos.
Participar en la gestión y seguimiento de incidentes.
Colaborar en la identificación y seguimiento de vulnerabilidades.
Contribuir a la continuidad operacional y procesos de Disaster Recovery.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA, estándares y políticas corporativas.
Impulsar mejoras continuas en los procesos de gestión de servicios TI.

Conocimientos de ITIL Management.
Experiencia o conocimientos en Service Change Management.
Gestión de incidentes y soporte de ambientes productivos.
Interés por la gestión de vulnerabilidades y riesgos tecnológicos.
Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
Título universitario en carreras afines a Tecnología o Sistemas.
