Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. We are hiring an SFMC Email Developer responsible for building and deploying responsive email templates and CloudPages within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role requires strong HTML email expertise, AMPscript knowledge, and QA focus to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
What are we looking for? • Strong HTML, CSS (email development expertise mandatory) • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Content Builder, CloudPages) • Hands-on AMPscript for personalization • Understanding of responsive email design & cross-client behavior • JavaScript / jQuery for CloudPages • Experience with Litmus / Email on Acid • Basic SQL (Data Extensions) • Exposure to Journey Builder / Automation Studio Key Traits • Strong attention to detail (QA & rendering accuracy) • Ability to manage multiple campaigns • Ownership of delivery and quality
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Develop responsive HTML email templates for campaigns (promotional, transactional, automated) • Build and manage CloudPages (landing pages, forms, microsites) • Convert design files (Figma/PSD/XD) into pixel-perfect email builds • Implement dynamic personalization using AMPscript • Perform end-to-end QA using tools like Litmus / Email on Acid • Ensure cross-client compatibility (Outlook, Gmail, mobile) • Debug rendering issues, form submissions, and data capture flows • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and design teams
