Accrete AI Government (AAIG) is seeking a Government Contracts Administrator. This senior level position will report to the General Counsel and VP of Business Development. We require a contracts management professional with experience in Federal contracts for both Services and Products who is able to successfully sustain accountability and responsibility for the following core areas of responsibilities:

- Manage the contracts function for AAIG, overseeing contract negotiation, analysis, administration, and compliance.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure contracts support company operating goals and achieve strong operational and financial performance.
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from proposal and negotiation through award, administration, modifications, and closeout.
- Review and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and customer contracts, coordinating Legal review and obtaining approvals consistent with company approval authority.
- Support the Program Management Office with contract modifications, contractual requirements, and other contract-related matters.
- Establish and maintain contract policies, procedures, processes, and operating standards.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development on contract strategy, customer engagement, and contract acquisition.
- Actively participate in proposal development and reviews to ensure compliance with government contracting requirements and protection of company interests.
- Manage contract negotiations with government Contracting Officers, customers, subcontractors, teaming partners, and vendors.
- Develop negotiation strategies in partnership with Sales, BD, Legal, Finance, and program leadership.
- Work directly with the General Counsel to provide strategic contracts guidance on complex bids.
- Work directly with the General Counsel on disputes and nonstandard contract terms or legal or regulatory requirements, including but not limited to intellectual property, data rights, and overseas support.
- Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies while balancing business objectives and customer requirements.
- Monitor contractual compliance with applicable federal acquisition regulations, contract requirements, and company policies, partnering with Legal and relevant compliance owners on regulatory interpretation and compliance issues.
- Identify and resolve contract-related compliance issues in partnership with Legal, Finance, Program Management, and business leadership.
- Ensure contractual requirements are implemented across programs and business functions.
- Support strong contract performance and customer satisfaction, including achievement of favorable CPARs where applicable.
- Serve as the primary contracts resource to AAIG leadership and a key partner to Accrete AI’s Legal, Finance, Sales, BD, and Operations teams.
- Build strong relationships with government customers, Contracting Officers, subcontractors, teaming partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to contracts personnel and establish consistent contract management practices across the organization.
- Support process improvement and change management initiatives related to contracts and business operations.
Requirements
~1 min read- 10+ years of related work experience as a Contracts professional in federal contracting companies in positions of progressive responsibility.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness/ability to be processed for additional agency-specific clearances.
- An in-depth knowledge about federal government contracting, to include federal acquisition process and regulations. Actual experience managing contracts within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and/or Aerospace sector is required.
- Business acumen with ability to think critically and develop creative and practical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience developing organizational conflict of interest mitigation plans and negotiating teaming agreements in coordination with Legal.
- Demonstrated experience with the development and negotiation of large, highly complex bids.
- Experience managing a variety of contract types.
- Strong writing and time management skills.
