Customer Service Specialist II

• Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
• High school diploma, some college education is preferred.
• Ability to work in warehouse environment when researching discrepancies.
• Minimum two years of excellent customer service experience.
• Professional phone presence with strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, high attention to detail, superb problem-solving skills and follow through.
• Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, AS400 experience a plus.

• →Provide professional communication to Ace Retailers through various channels regarding order status, adjustments, stock status information and purchase orders.
• →Diligently work with other departments to ensure accurate delivery status.
• →Work closely with credit department concerning credit status of Ace Retailers regarding rush orders.
• →Accurately determine issuance of inventory adjustments and credits.
• →Accurate maintenance of customer files.
• →Prepare credits and debit paperwork for accounting department.
