~1 min read- →Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
- →Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- →Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
- →Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.
- →High School diploma or equivalent
- →1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)
- →Insurance experience is helpful—but not required.

- Sales Execution & Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities, including disciplined lead tracking, follow‑up, pipeline management, and accountability for achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Consultative Selling & Customer Discovery: Apply consultative selling techniques supported by deep product knowledge, strong listening skills, and the ability to quickly assess customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and deliver tailored value.
- Prospecting & Business Development: Proven ability to generate new opportunities through referrals, outbound activity, networking, and other business‑development efforts.
- Communication & Customer Mindset: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer‑first mindset and confidence in guiding sales conversations.
- Sales Technology & Tools: Proficient in leveraging technology to support sales execution, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Work in a temperature controlled AAA branch location
- Ability to work varied hours, including possible weekends
- Some travel to local events may be required

Base pay (non-exempt)
- Typical Starting Earnings $55,000 - $70,000+ (First-year, based on performance)
Additional Compensation
- Ramp-up support $5,000 (processed 30 and 60 days of employment)
- Supplemental Pay for six months: $200/week during months 0–2, $150/week during months 3–4, and $100/week during months 5–6
Performance Incentives
- Elevated commission structure during the first 15 months
- New Hire On‑Pace Bonus tied to milestones
